We cannot put this event on without the support of our players and parents. We need volunteer for various jobs before, during and after the tournament like set-up, clean-up and ticket and concession stand attendants. 

Volunteer space will be limited, so please sign-up asap.

We will be selling concessions on-site and are looking for corporate sponsors  willing to help us purchase those through corporate cash donations.

All proceeds will go to the Xcel Volleyball Performance General Dues Fund.

Tournament sponsors will receive placement on signs, marketing and communications at and around the tournament.

We are so fortunate and thankful for the support from our friends and partners AVL Hopper. They have generously donated 22 nets to our event and we are so grateful! 

AVL Hoppers is a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and is one of the fastest-growing adult volleyball leagues in Asheville. It is the only adult sports league dedicated to promoting upper-level competitive play, while fostering social integration and philanthropy within the community. 

AVL Hoppers also hosts a free youth volleyball clinic designed for beginners, where boys and girls ages 8-14 can learn the fundamentals and proper techniques for serving, setting, passing, and hitting. The youth clinic is a free 9-week program that runs every Wednesday alongside our adult league.
