Formed in 1988 by Rick Moore, Moore & Son Site Contractors has grown from a small grading company into a larger contracting firm, operating in Western North Carolina. We have successfully completed numerous projects over our 17-year span. During our tenure we have completed large site development for Biltmore Farms, Broadlands (My Biltmore Home), Land Resources, H&M Constructors, Glade Holdings, NCDOT, Beverly Grant, Weaver Cooke Construction, and Perry Bartsch Construction just to name a few.We hold an unlimited North Carolina Contractors License in conjunction with owning and operating late model Caterpillar equipment.

Moore & Son employs a full staff of qualified project managers, supervisors, foremen, operators, mechanics, truck drivers, laborers and office personnel.

The contribution of LEED credits combined with the floor’s performance characteristics played significantly in its selection.
