PARENTS NIGHT OUT
 

Parents, enjoy a night out knowing your kids are having fun at the Plex! At Xcel Sportsplex, our experienced and caring staff provides fun activities for your child in a safe and well-supervised environment.


For Children: Ages 3 – 6 10 kids MAX!!! Ages 7+ 30 kids MAX!!!

When: Starts January 27, 2012 – May 25, 2012
Next session resumes May 8th


Friday’s 6pm – 9pm
Drop off from 6 – 6:30pm
Pick-up 8:45pm – 9:00pm
Where: Xcel Sportsplex 37 Maxwell Dr.

Cost: 1 kid - $25 2 kids - $40 3kids max – $55
Price includes 2 slices of pizza, beverage, movie and/or arts and games
Registration is required. Contact Xcel at 828.684.7898 to reserve your spot. Fees must be paid to
reserve spot.
Health and Safety Policies:
For the protection of your child and the other children, parents are requested not to bring a child who appears to be ill. A child
should not be placed in our care of PNO when any of the following exist: fever – currently or within previous 24 hours, vomiting
or diarrhea, persistent nasal or eye drainage which is green or yellow in color, any symptom of a childhood disease (scarlet
fever, German measles, mumps, chicken pox, common cold, sore throat) any unexplained rash, any skin infection, pink eye or
other eye infection. If staffs observe any symptoms that may fall into these categories, you may be asked not to participate for the
safety of the other children.
We will not administer any medication.
If your child develops a fever or other symptoms of illness while in our care, he/she will be separated from other children and the
parents will be contacted to take the child home.
