Dear Parents and Players,
We are excited to announce some new and robust fundraising opportunities that we can offer families throughout the year to offset monthly dues! We know that expenses have gone up and we want you to know that we are taking action to lower them. As a registered non-profit, 501©(3), we are trying very hard to cut cost by negotiating better practice court cost, finding less expensive tournaments and apparel, and vowing if travel cost come in lower than anticipated, we will pool that money to rebate expenses for all. Rick Moore, our founder, started this club 15 years ago to give athletes the same level of coaching and exposure to recruiting as other sports receive. Rick has had an unwavering commitment to this mission and has even covered tens of thousands of league expenses from his own pockets in the last several years. Now more than ever, we all want to ensure this program is affordable to anyone who is interested.
To assist in these efforts, we have put together a list of fundraising opportunities to happen throughout the year to help with cutting the cost of dues.
